Install run.events
Search for run.events in the App Store or on Google Play. The app is free.
Sign in with your ticket email
Use the same login you used to buy and assign your tickets on this site. That account is what connects your phone to the summit, so a second address will not find it.

Once your ticket is assigned, the event appears in your list with the agenda, the speaker profiles and the attendee directory attached to it.
INSIDE THE APP
What the app does
Four things you will use on every day of the summit.
Event feed
Programme changes, group activity and messages from the organisers land in your feed as they happen. If a session moves room, you find out before you walk to the wrong one.
Networking
Search the attendee list, scan a badge to swap details on the spot, start a chat, build a group. Set your profile to public so other attendees can find you.
Your own agenda
Browse sessions and speakers, pick the ones you want, get a reminder before each one, put questions into the session chat and leave feedback afterwards.
Sponsors and prizes
Find the sponsors and exhibitors and where their booths are, collect swag, enter the raffles and keep track of which booths you have already visited.
THREE PHASES
Before, during and after
The app opens weeks ahead of the summit and stays useful long after the hall empties.
Before
See who else is coming and connect with them, walk the expo area, message sponsors, and ask speakers questions about their sessions before the event starts.
During
Arrange meetings on the spot, follow the real-time notifications, message people you have just met, and pull together a spontaneous get-together in the evening.
After
Keep the connections you made, book the follow-up calls, stay in contact with sponsors and exhibitors, and carry those relationships through to next year.

Make it work for you
Three things worth doing the first time you open it.
Fill in your profile
Name, company, role, photo. People decide whether to walk over based on what they see there, and an empty profile is easy to scroll past.
Set it to public
A private profile keeps you out of the attendee search. If you came to Sarajevo to meet people, make yourself findable.
Scan, do not retype
Badge scanning writes the contact for you, and it survives the trip home better than a photo of a business card in your camera roll.

Adriatics Tech Summit runs on run.events, and the app is the run.events app, published by run.events GmbH and free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
One account carries your ticket and everything you do in the app, which is why the login has to be the one you bought the ticket with.
