The Modern Work track is about the Microsoft 365 workplace as it actually is now - Copilot in every app, agents doing multi-step work on their own, and Teams and SharePoint as the surface they run on. Three days of sessions on what it takes to make that workplace actually work for the people in it.

Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and Copilot Chat that reasons over your Graph, your CRM and your meeting history.
Agents that do the work
Copilot Studio agents built and deployed straight into a Teams channel, taking on multi-step tasks end to end.
Collaboration and content
Teams and SharePoint as the place the work happens and the knowledge those agents read from.
COPILOT AND AGENTS
Copilot, and the agents behind it
This is the anchor of the track. Copilot now acts as well as answers: agents take on multi-step work across Microsoft 365 and report back when it is done. The sessions run from everyday Copilot through to agents you build yourself.

Copilot across Microsoft 365
Writing and editing in Word, analysis in Excel, drafting in PowerPoint and Outlook, and summarising in Teams. The everyday surface most people meet first.

Copilot Chat that knows your work
Copilot Chat reasons over Microsoft Graph signals, CRM records through federated connectors, and Teams conversation history at the same time, so one question can pull from all three.

Agents you build: Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
Build an agent in Copilot Studio and share it straight into a Teams team with an install link. Alongside Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, this is how business users ship solutions without waiting for IT.

Agents that read your content
The Knowledge Agent tags and organises project files across SharePoint and Teams channels, and agents can use SharePoint lists as structured data sources, so answers come from your own material with a source you can check.
TEAMS
Meetings that write themselves up
Teams is where most of the working day actually happens, and it is the surface agents are being deployed onto. These sessions are about what that means in practice: meetings that produce their own record, conversations that cross languages, and agents that live in the channel.
Meeting intelligence
AI-generated recaps, tracked action items and searchable transcripts, so the record of a meeting is produced by the meeting itself.
Forty languages, live
Real-time translation and live captions with speaker attribution, so a regional event or a distributed team stops being an English-only conversation.
Agents in the channel
An agent shared into a team arrives with a notification in the main channel and a one-click install link, so adoption happens where people already work.
SHAREPOINT
The layer your agents actually read
Every agent is only as good as the content behind it. SharePoint is where that content lives, which turns governance, permissions and structure into Copilot problems.
Structure that agents can use
SharePoint lists work as structured data sources for agents, so an agent reads a maintained list and answers from it directly.
Permissions at scale
Copilot inherits whatever your permissions say, so oversharing becomes a disclosure risk.
Governance you can live with
Lifecycle, labelling and retention that people will actually follow.
HYBRID WORK
Hybrid, without the second-class seat
Hybrid stopped being a policy question years ago. What is left is the harder part: making the remote half of a meeting as present as the half sitting in the room.
These sessions cover the practical side of that - inclusive meeting practice, the security model that lets people work from anywhere without the organisation flinching, and what to expect from the next wave of work technology.
