The audience

Who you meet in Sarajevo

Two groups share the room: the people who sign off on technology budgets, and the people who run the systems afterwards. They travel in from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Albania, Italy and Austria.

Decision makers

IT directors, CTOs and C-suite executives who arrive with projects already scoped and a shortlist half written.

The people who implement

Architects, administrators and developers who will run whatever gets bought, and who tell their management afterwards whether it worked.

The regional Microsoft community

Microsoft Regional Directors, MVPs and the consultancies and partners that serve the region. If you sell into the Microsoft stack, they are your channel.

Why sponsor

What sponsorship buys you

Every package is assembled around what you want out of the three days. These are the pieces they get built from.

Time with decision makers

Extended breaks and evening receptions put your team in front of the people who approve the purchase, with no gatekeeper in between.

A stage for your expertise

Speaking slots on the sponsor stage. Sessions that stand up on their own content can also be submitted to the main agenda through the call for speakers.

Lead capture that works

Scan badges at your booth through the run.events app and take a clean list home the same day.

A booth people walk past

All catering sits inside the expo. The traffic comes to the floor because the coffee, the lunch and the evening receptions are on the floor.

Your brand on the run-up

Your logo and your message travel with the event across the website, the mailings, the mobile app and the social channels from the day you sign.

One person who knows your file

A named contact from the organising team handles your booth, your shipments, your speakers and your questions, from signature to teardown.

THE CONVERSATION

What this room is buying

Agents need an owner

Every organisation in the room is working out who is accountable when an AI agent acts on its behalf: which identity it uses, what it is allowed to touch, and who reads the audit trail.

Security teams got agents too

Security tooling is gaining agentic capabilities of its own. It changes what a triage queue looks like; it does not empty one.

The work moved into the documents

Assistance is arriving inside the tools people already have open, the document and the spreadsheet and the meeting, and not in a separate app someone has to remember to visit.

What no longer lands

A keynote that says AI is coming. This audience has budget approved and wants governance, cost control and a rollout plan.

NEXT STEP

How to become a sponsor

  1. Tell us what you want out of it

Leads, hiring, launching something, or simply being visible in a market you are entering. The answer changes what we put in front of you.

  2. We send you the options

Stand sizes, speaking slots, branding placements, and what is still unclaimed for 2027.

  3. You hear back within a day

Every partnership enquiry is answered within 24 hours.

  4. You get one deadline, early

Logos, copy and stand artwork, agreed once, so nothing is chased in the week before the doors open.

THE EXPO

Where the conference actually happens

Sessions set the agenda; the expo floor is where it gets acted on. Coffee, lunch and every break between tracks happen among the stands, so the traffic arrives on its own.

Stands sit alongside the catering and the seating, not down a corridor off the main hall. Bring the people who can answer a technical question on the spot, because this audience asks them.

APRIL 2027

Three days, one room, the whole region

Hotel Hills, Sarajevo, 5 to 7 April 2027. Stands and speaking slots are allocated in the order they are agreed, and the room is the same one your buyers are already in.
