Conference leadership
Elena Kovacevic, Conference Director
Elena is Conference Director for Adriatic Tech Summit and leads the event from planning through delivery. She is responsible for production, conference management and the running order on site.
The team behind the event
Three people lead the conference systems, communications, and audio-visual production.
Almir Vuk, Technical Lead and IT Systems Lead
Lead Architect at run.events and Microsoft MVP for Developer Technologies. He speaks regularly at Microsoft events and user groups in the region and internationally. At the summit he leads the technical setup and the IT systems used during the event.
Najra Krvavac, Communications Lead
A Sarajevo-based communications specialist with more than 30 years of experience. She leads communications with attendees, partners and the press.
Adis Memovic, Audio-Video Production Lead
Founder and technical lead of PAL-e2.3 in Sarajevo, the audio-visual team that has supported ECS events for several years. He is responsible for sound, lighting, stage production and streaming.
What the content team is focusing on for 2027
The content team runs the call for speakers and shapes the agenda. The summit covers AI, security, modern work and development. In 2027 there is a clear focus on Copilot and agents: how they are built and governed, and the identity, data and security work required before they can be used in production.
Sessions are selected from people with direct experience of the work they are presenting.

Thomas Vochten, Strategic Advisor at Sopra Steria
Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and Security, based in Belgium. He works with organisations on the design, implementation and security of Microsoft 365 environments.
Adis Jugo, CEO at run.events
Microsoft Regional Director and MVP for AI and Azure, based in Germany, with more than 35 years in the software industry.
Omar Kudovic, Senior System Engineer at Sys Company
Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 and Security, based in Sarajevo, and an MVP for more than a decade. His work focuses on Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Mustafa Toroman, CTO at run.events
Microsoft MVP for Security and Azure since 2016. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with more than 20 years of experience in IT and is based in Sarajevo.
